DOUGLAS VIVIANI

Douglas Viviani  is an attorney by profession, but his heart has always belonged to radio.  As a youth,  he instantly fell in love with radio upon listening to the good natured fun of Bob and Ray; the masterful story telling of Jean Shepherd; and the suspense of CBS Radio Mystery Theater.  This fascination, coupled with a general love of entertainment pop culture was nurtured and has now finally paid off with his creation of Everything Old is New Again radio show.  Finally, there is an outlet for all the “useless” information that he has acquired through the years and is excited to share the fun with his long-time friend, co-host David Cohen.

Douglas presently lives with his wife and two children.  He hopes this venture into radio which has occurred later in life, will serve as an example for his children and anyone who cares to listen, that it is never too late to fulfill your dreams.   True happiness comes from being honest with who you are and then doing all you can to fulfill your destiny.  As long as that destiny is with the force that is, and not the dark side

DAVID COHEN

David Cohen has enjoyed several aborted careers including acting, comedy and various other professionals for which he was wholly unsuited.  David grew up and was raised on a steady dose of television, which often served as a baby-sitter, and also idolized the radio DJ’s of WNEW-FM in New York way back when.  Participating in Everything Old is New Again brings back great memories and is one of the reasons he is honored to co-host the show with his old high school partner in crime.  He likes piña coladas and getting caught in the rain, not much into yoga, and is into champagne.
